Το Πρόγραμμα Σπουδών "Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων" έχει ως στόχο να παρέχει στους φοιτητές τα στερεά θεμέλια στον τομέα των επιχειρήσεων και να τους προετοιμάσει ώστε να γίνουν σωστοί επαγγελματίες.
Οι απόφοιτοι του προγράμματος είναι σε θέση να καλύψουν διευθυντικές θέσεις στον τομέα μάρκετινγκ, Οικονομικά και Χρηματοοικονομικά καθώς και συστήματα διαχείρισης πληροφοριών.
Το πρόγραμμα βασίζεται στη θεωρία και στην πράξη και δίνει έμφαση στις έννοιες και στις τεχνικές που απαιτούνται για την πλήρη κατανόηση των διαφόρων πτυχών των επιχειρήσεων.

Introduction to Statistics
Introduce participants to the basics of statistics and its applications and uses. Topics include the proper display and description of data as well as an understanding of the normal curve, regression, confidence intervals and hypothesis testing.
Academic English Reading, Writing and Communication
Train students in the fundamentals of correct academic language and in English, using an ESL (English as a Second Language) approach. To develop reading, writing and speaking abilities for proper English communication.
Introduction to Computers
Introduce basic computer operations, skills and applications. There is an appreciation of the uses of the internet and the World Wide Web, a differentiation among the various types of computer software and a description of the categories of computers and their uses.
Introduction to Economics
Introduce economics, principles, theory and fundamentals. Topics include an introduction to the main principles of microeconomics and macroeconomics as well as an identification of the market structures in specific economic systems, including the concepts of perfect and imperfect competition.
Principles of Management
Introduce students to basic business principles and concepts. There will be a particular focus on two major schools of management: the classical (traditional) theories and the modern (contemporary) theories of management.
Introduction to Sociology & Psychology
Introduce the basic concepts of Sociology and Psychology and tie them into an introductory framework of social science. There is an overview of the research methods and the human actions and behaviours related to each one of these two disciplines.
Introduction to Organisations Theory & Structure
Introduce Organization Theory through defining and explaining organizations within the broader framework of Sociology and Psychology and the role that humans have within them.
Principles of Accounting
This is an introductory accounting course. It imparts accounting information from the perspective of the external users (i.e. investors and creditors), study of accepted accounting principles, recording of accounting entries for business transactions, accounting cycle, profit measurement, adjusting entries, merchandise accounting, owner’s equity reports and the preparation of financial statements.
External Business Environment
Introduce and instruct students in the external environment in which a business operates. The external environment is composed of all the elements that have an impact in any aspect of an organization in any industry; models such as SWOT and PESTEL will be closely examined.
Business English Writing Skills
Further develop writing, speaking, listening, and nonverbal communication skills based on the ESL used through the related course in the first semester.
Introduction to Marketing
Introduce students to the science of Marketing and its applications in business and organisations. There will be an analysis of the activities, institutions and offerings related to the process of marketing and the value that can be created as part of this process for the organizations, the customers and the society at large.
Organisational Behaviour
Diagnose and analyse business organisational micro and macro environments and the impact that individuals, groups of people and structures have on overall organizational success.
Customer Relationship Management
The objective of the course is to serve as a comprehensive learning experience for advanced business undergraduates to coach them in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), its importance and its approaches.
IT Web Page Design
Train students in the use of basic computer applications’ software such as Word Processing and Spreadsheets.
Human Resource Management
Introduce the basic principles of human resource management in organizations and the processes that can have a potential negative or positive impact in the overall productivity of employees, working both as individuals and in groups.
Business Law & Ethics
Introduce students to the required fundamentals, principles and operations of business law and ethics. These will be approached in such a way in order to show and elevate their importance in the decision making processes of an organization.
Consumer Behaviour
Introduce students to consumer behaviour and its various aspects, uses and applications and the impact it has on the various marketing activities of an organization. Psychological, social and cultural concepts are examined within the process of marketing decision making.
Business Strategy and Policy
Help students analyse, evaluate and synthesize critical aspects of business strategy into a form that can be implemented and managed. An overview of the guidelines, rules and procedures that are established in order to provide support to the stated strategic objectives of an organization, will also be provided through this course.
Organisational Psychology
Train students in the fundamentals of organizational psychology. To teach participants how to do people and job and performance assessment
Financial Accounting
Develop the students' understanding of accountant contribution to decision making for investors, creditors, government regulators and managers
Introduction to Data Analysis with Spreadsheets
Introduce the environment in which systems operate, analyse them and explain their technical and conceptual structure.
E-Commerce
The goal of this course is to provide the students with an understanding of the relationships between communications, computers and economics. The course further aims to develop the students' understanding and abilities in e-commerce and its practical applications.
Small Business Management
Explain and analyse the application of business principles and techniques to small family business management and administration. There will be a focus on the role and importance of the entrepreneur as the person who, as the owner and/or manager of an organization, attempts to make profit through the introduction of new ways of production and the development of new products.
Strategic and Global Marketing
Introduce and develop analytical skills on market-driven organizational strategies. Global marketing is treated as the process which conveys a final product / service on worldwide basis while strategic marketing involves the dissemination of the final product / service by taking into consideration global, multi-national and international elements.
Statistical Analysis & Interpretation
Introduce and train students in software based statistical data entry and analysis. This course is useful for individuals coming from different fields and positions, such as economists, managers, consultants. The role that research can have on the interpretation of statistical data will also be examined.
The European Community: Formation & Structure
Introduce students to the European Community and its society, economics and institutions. There will be a close-up on its formation after the Second World War and its structural development thereafter, with special attention given on the (European Commission) EC, as perhaps its most important governing body.
Operations & Project Management
Teach and train students in the theory and practice of operations and project management, through reviewing and clarifying concepts of operations strategy, competitive advantage, designing operations, managing operations and quantitative theories / practices.
Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainable Development
Teach, train and sensitize students to the theory and the reality of corporate social responsibilities especially the ones associated with the beginning of the new millennium and thereafter. Furthermore, this course aims to help students understand the role of business in the context of the wider society and future challenges, such as sustainable development.
Final Project Write-up & Presentation
The final project of this programme comprises building a business plan for a chosen venture or business project of the student's choice. Students learn the basics on how to collect data and how to analyze data by means of a statistical software package, learn how to do advanced data analysis and finally, learn how to integrate data and findings into a coherent business.
Practical Training
This course guide outlines how students will apply their academic learning in a contemporary workplace situation, integrating work and learning. Starting a career in business management requires many skills – attention to detail, organisation, time management, computer proficiency and much more. This Practical Training course prepares students for the challenges of a business management career, while also equipping them with the flexibility necessary to work in a variety of different industries and to handle different situations at any given time. The Practical Training course promotes the transfer of new methods and emerging techniques to a broad number of areas.

Marketing Management
The main objective of this course is to analyse customers, competitors, collaborators, context, and the strengths and weaknesses of a company. Furthermore students will examine different effective marketing strategies to achieve organisational objectives and the design of strategic implementation programs to maximize the chance of organizational success.
Advertising and Promotion
The purpose of this course is to lead students in an exploration of fundamental advertising principles and the role advertising plays in the promotional mix. You will learn where advertising fits in the Marketing Mix, also known as the four Ps: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion.
Sales and Business Development
The objective of course is to familiarize students with the theory behind successful sale and with the principles and practices involved in ensuring sales and customer retention.
Product and Brand Management
The main focus is on the role of brands and the process of product branding as a tool for market penetration and positioning. The course is practical and is focused on developing student ability as a manager and decision maker.
New Product Development and Marketing
The objective of course is to familiarize students with the principles and practices in the development, design, marketing and introduction of new products and services.
Managerial Accounting
Introduce students to the theory, practice and analysis of managerial accounting, recognizing it as a process where management reports and accounts are prepared in order to provide valuable financial and statistical information.
Digital Marketing and Social Media
Help students to reconsider marketing in the evolving digital age, understand its strategies and learn to develop and implement them. There will be an examination of the main similarities and differences between digital marketing and social media, mainly in that digital marketing is about building awareness and promoting a product and/or brand while social media relates to the platforms that bring people together for the exchange of any kind of information.
Marketing Research
The main focus on the design, planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing research. The course will use STATS 2 free software to train some of the basic parameters of sampling and segmentation.
General Electives
Eco-Tourism
The course aims to critically analyse environmental, social and economic costs and benefits of ecotourism, including related laws and policies, community involvement, and future trends. By the end of the course, students are expected to understand these concepts and be able to appreciate their relevance to specific tourism situations.
Cyprus Society, History & Culture
Introduce Students to Cyprus, its culture, history and position in the East Mediterranean. There will be a discussion and description on how these elements have shaped the island’s geo-political and financial position over the last years.
Introduction to Philosophy
Introduce students to the main concepts of philosophy in general and western philosophy in particular. Topics that will be closely examined include: the nature and truth of knowledge, the existence of God and the determination of what is or should be considered a rightful or wrongful act and behaviour.
Geography & Anthropology of Tourism
Introduce the geographical and anthropological driving forces of tourism and travel and explain their importance, roles and affects. There will be a focus on the anthropological elements that have changed and expanded radically especially over the last years while the power relationships within tourism establishments will also be given important attention.

Έλαβε μέρος σε διάφορα σεμινάρια που σχετίζονται με παιδαγωγικά και την επιστήμη του. Εργάστηκε στο Pascal English School ως καθηγητής Λογιστικής και χρηματοοικονομικών την περίοδο 2000 - 2014. Άντρια Καλαθά δραστηριοποιείται στον Τομέα της Υγείας τα τελευταία 4 χρόνια σαν Προϊστάμενη τμήματος Ανθρωπίνου Δυναμικού σε μεγάλο Ιδιωτικό Νοσηλευτήριο και συνεχίζοντας την πορεία της στον Τομέα της Υγείας μέχρι σήμερα σε Οργανισμό Δημόσιου Δικαίου. Χαραλάμπους εργάζεται ως Δικηγόρος στον δικηγορικό οίκο George Z. Georgiou & Associates LLC και ασχολείται με την παροχή συμβουλών σε πελάτες του δημόσιου και του ιδιωτικού τομέα για θέματα αναδυόμενων τεχνολογιών και προσωπικών δεδομένων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των τεχνολογιών Blockchain, Crypto-assets και Distributed Ledger Technology. Φοιτητές που έχουν αδυναμίες στη χρήση της αγγλικής γλώσσας, πριν μπουν στο Κύριο Πρόγραμμα Σπουδών θα πρέπει να παρακολουθήσουν το Προπαρασκευαστικό Πρόγραμμα, το οποίο διαρκεί 1 ή 2 εξάμηνα.
Ο κύριος στόχος του Προπαρασκευαστικού Προγράμματος είναι να δώσει τις αναγκαίες γνώσεις και δεξιότητες, έτσι που να καταστήσει τους φοιτητές έτοιμους να παρακολουθήσουν αποτελεσματικά το Κύριο Πρόγραμμα Σπουδών τους.
Το Προπαρασκευαστικό Πρόγραμμα προσφέρεται τρεις φορές το χρόνο τους μήνες Οκτώβριο, Φεβρουάριο και Ιούνιο.

This course introduces non-Greek speaking students to the use of Greek Language in their everyday life, teaching them basic grammar and vocabulary.
Techniques in Writing
This course aims to help students use written English in real-life situations. It is designed to build the student’s ability to communicate their ideas in written form. The content is carefully selected to motivate students and stimulate learning.

This course aims to teach new students the basic structures of English and to demonstrate how English is used in real-life situations, enabling students to use it in meaningful contexts. It is designed to build the student’s ability to communicate their ideas fluently, accurately and confidently. The content is carefully selected to motivate students and stimulate learning.
Introduction to Computers
This course prepare students to become informed and proficient users of computers, to understand the main concepts of Information Technology (IT) and to acquire knowledge and skills in using the basic functions of a computer processor.
Communicating Skills
This course aims to help students understand how English is used in real-life situations, thus enabling them to use the language in oral contexts. The course adopts a communicative approach to learning and as a result students are given the opportunity to practice in developing their competence in English.
