According to global statistics and studies, the tourism industry and especially the hotel industry will continue to expand. This creates the need for the employment of fully qualified people who will contribute to the development of the industry and lead them to evolve. In addition, the impact of foreign cuisine and the widening of gourmet preferences of Cypriot society have helped to create improved employability or self-employment opportunities for professional cooks.
