He is in possession of a Post Graduate Degree in Εducational Leadership and Politics from Cyprus Open University and a Degree (BSc) in Accounting and Finance from University of North Texas. He is an Accounting Lecturer in numerous educational institutions from 1992. Moreover he worked as an Auditor from 1988 to 1991 acquiring significant experience on issues related to his profession. He also participated in numerous seminars whereby, he had the opportunity to enrich his knowledge and improve his skills. She holds a Master's degree (MSc) in Computer and Internet Technologies from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelors' Degree (BSc) in Computer Science from Cyprus College. She has ten years of teaching experience in private and public education. From 2008 to 2011 she worked at the Amphoreas Institute of Computers and from 2012 she collaborates with the Ministry of Education and Culture as an IT Lecturer in a variety of training structures (State Educational Institutes, Training Centers and All-Day Schools) in the education of students under 18 and adults. Previously she worked as an analyst / programmer for Interlife Insurance Ltd (2006-2009). In 2015 she participated in the International Research Program PISA as an external partner of the Pedagogical Institute. She teaches subjects related to Computer Science and is continuously educated about modern trends in education.

She has 36 years of teaching experience in academic and educational institutions, teaching Greek and English Text Production, Greek Shorthand and Accounting. In 2002 she founded the Eirini Stavridis Tutoring School, which she operates successfully for 17 years. Several of her students have been awarded with national and international awards for LCCI Text Production II and III level exams. She teaches subjects of her specialty.
